1) What is the minimum order size to receive a discount?
20 books is the minimum required order to receive a discounted rate.
2) How much can I save with bulk orders?
For 20-40 books, you save 5%. For 41-85 books, you save 8%. For 86-250 books, you save 10%. And for 251 or more books, you save 15%.
3) Do you offer free shipping for bulk orders?
Yes. All bulk orders include FREE shipping.
4) Can I mix and match titles in bulk orders?
Absolutely! You're free to mix and match titles in your order. We'll count every copy toward your total purchase number for discount purposes.
5) How long does it take to receive a bulk order?
Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive all bulk orders.
6) Do you offer rush delivery for bulk orders?
No, we're unable to rush delivery for bulk orders. If time is a factor with your order, don't hesitate to contact us, and we'll see if we can meet your deadline.
7) What payment methods do you accept for bulk purchases?

8) Can I get a sample book before placing a large order?
Yes, we're happy to provide a sample book before you place a large order. We understand that you want to ensure the quality and content meet your expectations. For potential bulk buyers, we offer a single sample copy at a discounted rate, plus shipping. This allows you to review any books firsthand.
Alternatively, we're also happy to send digital review copies of our books free of charge.

Sample requests are limited to one per organization.
9) What is your return policy for bulk purchases?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your bulk purchase. Our return policy for bulk orders is designed to be fair and flexible:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for unused books in original condition.

Partial returns are allowed for all bulk orders, regardless of size.

For orders of 50 books or more, you may return up to 20% of the order.

For orders under 50 books, you may return up to 10% of the order or 5 books, whichever is greater.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment once we receive and inspect the returned books.
For damaged books or other issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll work with you to resolve the situation promptly. We recommend thoroughly reviewing a sample book before placing a large order to ensure it meets your needs.
10) Do you offer international shipping for bulk orders?
